Super Easy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

This is such an easy and delicious snack that we have recently become obsessed with. It’s super easy to whip out, and since it is semi-healthy, we make it at least once per week.  You can add this as a side to your dinner, or eat it on its own.

This would also be a great alternative for those who love chicken wings but want to cut down on their meat intake.  If you are vegan, you can easily substitute all of the ingredients.

BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER BITES

Ingredients

Cauliflower Bites

  • 1 whole cauliflower

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp of garlic powder

  • ½ tsp of paprika

  • Side of ranch for dip

The Sauce

  • ¼ cup of Frank’s Hot Sauce OR Sriracha Sauce (if this is too spicy for you, you can substitute this for sweet chili sauce or do a half and half combo)
