COZY AMBIANCE WITH LUXURY AMENITIES
Picture vibrant sandstone, swaying palm trees, candlelit lanterns, hut-like cabanas, wooden swing sets on the beach and intimate outdoor fireplaces that overlook a quiet cove. Not only does Esperanza offer this cozy, romantic atmosphere, but this 30-year-old property was renovated six years ago as a way to incorporate elements of modern luxury such as their beautifully heated infinity pools. This acclaimed resort even made the list of top 5-star resorts in Forbes Magazine, which came as no surprise after staying here!
UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS
Esperanza boasts a few unique qualities that are difficult to come by in Los Cabos. There are only 56 guest rooms on the property, with the other half of the accommodations serving as long-term residences. The small collection of rooms allows the staff at Esperanza to provide incredible attention to detail and personalized service to their guests. The resort also offers a private beach that is inaccessible to the public due to giant rock formations that surround the property. This quiet bay is slightly warmer than other beaches in the area, making it a great place for a relaxing swim.
NEXT-LEVEL PERSONALIZED SERVICE
At Esperanza, the housekeeping staff takes customer service to the next level with plenty of thoughtful gestures and complimentary offerings. During our time here, the staff would decorate our room with rose petals, candles, and other romantic adornments. If you are celebrating a special occasion, the resort will also stitch your first name into your pillow so that you feel as if you are at home! Kaan and I have a tendency to make a huge mess when shooting photos, with clothes strewn all over the place, but the housekeeping staff always took the time to fold and put away our clothes for us. It was like staying with family!
ROMANTIC DINING
There are several unique restaurants on the property, but the most noteworthy by far is the Cocina del Mar. This stunning restaurant is set high up between the rocks where guests can listen to the sound of waves crashing below. A two-level balcony is lit up by warm lanterns and each dining table is adorned with candles, giving the restaurant a romantic, private ambiance.
I highly recommend staying here with your significant other if you’re looking for an intimate atmosphere where you can enjoy a peaceful beach getaway and friendly service. However, the spacious rooms, top-rated amenities and luxurious Mexican vibes really make it a great option for anyone!
